Appearance: Arsin is an artist’s dream. She is almost too much to take in all at once, so there are always more details to discover. Her eyes are a startling electric blue. Her hair is long and straight and a perfect mixed of honey blonde and light brown. Her features are strong but feminine. Her beautiful body begs to be touched and will always look a ripe 17. Most other vampires are pale, but she prefers to toast her skin to golden perfection by the pool. She is most comfortable in a bikini, but looks classy when she dresses in business attire.

Personality: Arsinoe is totally in control in her professional life, but has a hard time relating to humans and even other Nightworlders in her personal life. She’s intelligent but because she is beautiful no one takes her seriously. Arsin is getting sick of using that to her advantage, though. She wants friends, but is afraid of the effort it takes to make them and keep them. Especially since she is starting to befriend humans and they have a short life span anyway. She isn’t as prejudice as her parents obviously, but she sees humans as a totally different and perhaps inferior species.

Brief History: When she was 17, she met Pharon at the Sunday night salon. He painted her and then seduced her. She stopped aging because she always wanted to look like that girl in the portrait. She went to college and got degrees in Business and Organizational Psychology & Development. After graduation, Arsin was content to spend the rest of her life sleeping and sunbathing all day and working all night. The Brothel/Salon on Death Row was turned over for her to run and business was great.
Everything was routine until she met Brent, a human boy wanting to know if vampires really do exist. For some reason, she showed him the truth and let him live. Feeling guilty she had shattered his reality, she tracked down his sister to help him. His sister and her friends didn’t give her the warmest welcome, but somehow she became part of the brood. She almost allowed her traditional Lamia parents to talk her into an arranged marriage because she was bored, but her new friends talked her out of that.
While giving JC a tour of Death Row and her club, The Bordello of Blood, JC’s witch fire gets out of control and burns down the whole block. Now Arsin has to figure out what to do and where to go.

Strengths: Her brains, which no one takes seriously because she is so beautiful.
