Personality: If asked, most people would say that Dante is cold, cold and malicious, feeling no emotion, except maybe rage when he is crossed. Others would say that he is charming, but in a manipulative fashion, and people often don't realize they have been manipulated until he is gone. The few people who know him well, however, know that he can be caring, and is very protective over those he loves. Dante displays a sense of humor and is actually very gentle at heart, but doesn't allow most people to see that side of him.

Brief History: Dante was born during the time of the witch trials in Europe. He was married once to Italia during one of her past lives (Catalena) and has never forgiven himself for losing her. Dante has a bit of a "bad boy" rep, mainly because of his methods, but also has a history of doing good as well. He hates Midnight, and though he is not crazy about Daybreak either, he is more in line with their principles, despite having killed his soulmate during another of her past lives (Brianna). Dante tends to be feared throughout the Nightworld after he and Italia (then Aloysia) killed well over one hundred of Midnight’s top agents in a matter of a few days. Italia was manipulated into turning herself in, but Dante was never caught.
