Species: Half original vampire (lamia), half unknown. In touch with her witch ancestry (trained by her mother).
Age: No one is quite sure, there are traces of her throughout the Paleolithic and Mesolithic Ages, but its not until Cuneiform was invented post Neolithic stage when the Sumerians Recorded in the Wedge Style writing something that seemed to be a fairly good description of the enchantress evil herself. Her true age cannot be dated, though sometime shortly following the spell cast by Maya to turn herself into a vampire.

Father: Unknown. Some have wondered if Maya was able to produce with a made vampire, perhaps she did the spell on another witch to make him her King, or perhaps she produced Kyldrana with something else all together. There are whispers that Maya might have mated with a dark being from the underworld. No one is completely sure and Maya doesn’t seem available to answer this and other questions. It is possible, in addition to Maya, only Kyldrana knows.

Appearance: She has light skin that glows with richness- golden almost. She is thin and beautiful beyond comprehension.

Personality: She is dark and mysterious, full of hatred, manipulative, and almost motherly: though don’t be fooled. She paints a pretty picture of who she is before she shows her true snakelike self.

Brief History: There are speckles of archaeologist findings that suggest her involvement in some of the greatest mysterious of our world. These mysteries include, though not limited to, her leading the Hyksos to defeating Egypt, the great explosion that destroyed The Minoans in Crete, and The Hittites from the Black sea’s invasion of the Mycenaean Civilization.
There are some who would include her as the main contributor of the Dark Ages throughout history. Every time she settles into areas of our history, there seems to be an immediate darkness of the records- an absence of recorded history, as if the people are enslaved in the minds and can’t remember a single thing. These Dark Ages are known to humans as periods when there seems to be a lack of historical records, but in the night world it usually signifies a direct correlation with where Kyldrana was at that point in time.
Having only one child, Lillian, Kyldrana has turned her dark heart to making sure Lillian’s heart is just as black as her own. Unfortunately, Kyldrana has a very dark secret that though she has long kept it well within herself, it would appear that the Gods are punishing her for all the havoc she has reeked upon the world, cursing her family name by giving her only daughter a human soulmate. Kyldrana has made it one of her personal duties to keep them from ever being together the way some think they should be and she has gotten quite good at it. While keeping them apart is far from her primary focus, she is always made aware of her daughters whereabouts by others in close council to herself.

Footnote- Maya, daughter of Hecate, sister to Hellewise, was a Harman, but, once she denied her witch heritage and became the beginning of vampires by sacrificing the babies of the witch clan, she became 'The Maya.' This removed her right to bare the name Harman (of the hearth). Her children then had their last names derived from their physical traits and powers, etc. For example, Red Fern was the first male vampire. His children there on out became known as the Redfern clan. (Made vampires, on the other hand, obviously maintained their human last names; as in the case of John 'Quinn' or Theirry Descouedres). In the case of the Onxyia's, they are a lost line of children starting with Kyldrana, whose heart was so very black that she earned her last name of Onxyia, which comes from the root word of black 'onyx.' The female extension in most languages being either a, e, or ia, forms the name Onxyia and thus the Onxyia clan.
