Appearance: Avi has long, dark hair that she often wears loose, or now occasionally tied back for work. She has dark eyes that are a stark contrast to her pale skin. She has a slender, yet curvy figure on an average frame.

Personality: Avi mostly keeps to herself at this point in her life, a sort of self-imposed penance for the things she had done in the past. Where she used to be rather difficult to get along with, doing everything in her power to harass humans or to find approval with Midnight, now she is looking to find peace within herself, peace that she is not so sure she will ever find.

Brief History: Avi lost her mother at a very young age, and her father as a teenager. Both, as she found out much later, were murdered by Midnight. From the time that Avi was 13, she was raised by the Midnight witches, and always found the raising to be lacking, causing her to be very unsure of herself. At 18, she set off out into the world to find her place and to prove herself. Along the way, she found her cousin Mia, who became the first true friend she had had since her father had died. Avi, however, did not see this, and instead, saw an opportunity to be a hero by bringing her long lost cousin home to Midnight. Avi befriended Mia and began to teach her about the nightworld, but Mia, in turn, complicated things by falling in love with a human. Avi did everything she could to split them up, culminating in the murders of several of Mia’s human friends and eventually the attempted murder of her boyfriend, Arden. When it turned out that Mia and Arden were soulmates, causing all of Avi’s attempts to fail, she kidnapped Arden and turned him over to the Angel Sanctuary, whose sole purpose was breaking soulmate bonds for their energy. Avi used the leverage she had gained by this to blackmail Mia into going back to Midnight with her. Unfortunately, bringing Mia to Midnight did nothing for Avi’s status. She began to see that the witches who raised her were wrong, and that she had been wrong in what she had done. Avi finally agreed to help Mia to rescue Arden from the Angel Sanctuary. Once they found Arden, Avi was possessed by one of the angels, and tried to get the couple to break their soulmate bond. Having no other alternative, Mia killed Avi, who was then resurrected by some good ghosts. After enduring ghosts, angels, possession, and some not so agreeable nightworlders, Avi helped Mia and Arden to escape, only to be reluctantly sent back in to help Aero and Bliss defeat Cerberus. Upon escaping for the second time, Avi begged to go back, finally understanding why she had been given a second chance. She was refused and sent home to begin to rebuild her life.

Weaknesses: Avi’s biggest weakness would be her past that still haunts her. Having seen the error of her ways, Avi feels guilty about her past with Midnight and her actions toward her cousin.
