Tattoos/piercings: Although not big on piercings, Italia does have both ears pierced (2 holes in each earlobe) and her navel pierced. Italia also has one tattoo of a butterfly on her left shoulder blade.
Appearance: Italia has long, wavy, dark blonde hair that falls in layers to about midback. Her blue eyes vary between a calmer blue-gray shade and a more vivid blue depending on her mood. She is tall and more slender than average, although not superskinny.

Personality: Italia is probably most known for her calm personality, and her ability to remain calm in almost any situation. But with Italia, what you see is not necessarily what you get. Italia has the ability to maintain a calm exterior, despite often feeling anything but calm. Italia does have a temper, but extraordinary control, so she very rarely loses control, and most often when she does, she makes sure she is far from anyone who could be hurt by it. Italia is intelligent, having obtained both her undergraduate and master's degrees by the age of 24.

Brief History: Italia was born into what could only be defined as an abusive household, despite the lack of obvious violence. She was raised to believe that she wasn’t good enough, no matter what she did. Italia left home just before her nineteenth birthday and only occasionally returns to visit. She and her family are not close by any means, but she does stay in contact with her mother and one sister. Her family is either unaware, or unwilling to talk about her old soul status.
During the first past life that she remembers (Bella), Italia was an Italian opera singer, touring throughout Europe in the 17th Century. She met Dante on a tour in Ireland, and the two became lovers, him following her back to Italy. While on tour in England, she was a victim of the witch trials, convicted of being a witch and was hanged.
Nearly a century later, she was reborn as Catalena in Ireland, where she again met and fell in love with Dante. The two were married in a simple Irish Catholic ceremony, and a few months after the wedding were found to be expecting. Catalena died due to complications in child birth, less than an hour after the child passed away.
Italia was again reborn in 19th Century Germany (Aloysia), where issues of the last life time mixed with present ones. Aloysia grew up in an often violent alcoholic household and left home at sixteen, where she was reunited with Dante. It was during this lifetime that Aloysia and Dante hunted down over one hundred Midnight agents in a matter of days, killing them all. Aloysia was tricked into believing that Midnight held her best friend, and then was executed. Dante was never caught.
Italia was then reborn in early 20th Century United States, living approximately during the time of World War II (Brianna). She met Dante, and the two were lovers briefly, until Brianna realized that Dante had changed. Dante was currently hunting some humans who had wronged him. Brianna, in an effort to stop him, was killed.

Strengths: Italia is particularly skilled at healing as a result of her status as a witch, but also her nature. Italia is said to have a healing touch in all manner of situations, physical and emotional. Italia is also an expert on herbs and potions, being one of the first to find a way around wards, and then finding a way to block those who have it.

Weaknesses: Italia is a perfectionist and has some difficulty accepting her own mistakes at times. She also, not surprisingly, has difficulty trusting people. Italia may be able to get along with anyone, but she generally keeps them at arm’s length. She would probably never admit it, but on some level she is lonely.

Quirks: Italia tends to be disorganized, especially when she gets caught up in her work.
